I spent 15 years working inside major consulting and technology companies, leading teams, managing operations, and solving daily growth challenges. While I valued that experience, I reached a point where I wanted to leave the corporate hierarchy behind and apply my background to something more grounded.
I bring a decade and a half of practical business experience to Ridge Creek Holdings. My focus now is entirely operational: stepping out of the corporate world, moving to where the business is, and showing up every day to run and grow a single company firsthand.
